Aahuti Welfare Society, Delhi has donated Rs 5000/- in Prime Minister National Relief Fund (PMNRF) on Dec 15th 2014 by Cheque No— 117602 on behalf of all of you who have supported us in every possible way.

SecondHand Smoking-How to Protect Yourself

Well there is no doubt that smoking or chewing Tobacco causes respiratory problems, heart diseases and different types of cancer ( including Lung and Mouth Cancer).
But sometime there are certain cases when people who actually never smoked are also suffered from above diseases. Doctors have explained that they suffered not because of direct smoking but because of passive smoking which is also known as Second Hand Smoking. 
Today, Let us understand about Second Hand Smoke and How we can protect ourselves as well as our loved one's from it.

3rd Blood Donation Camp at DDU College-A Report

आहुति वैलफेयर सोसाईटी,दिल्ली द्वारा १० मार्च २०१४ (सोमवार) को दीन दयाल उपाध्याय कॉलेज, कर्मपुरा, नई दिल्ली मे ब्लड कनेक्ट तथा दीन दयाल उपाध्याय अस्पताल के सहयोग से एक रक्तदान शिविर का आयोजन किया गया जिसमे छात्रों ने बढ़ चढ़ कर हिस्सा लिया और कुल 70 यूनिट रक्त एकत्रित किया गया। 

आहुति, शिविर मे सहयोग करने वाले सभी व्यक्तियों व संस्थाओ का तहे दिल से आभार व्यक्त करती है और भविष्य मे भी इसी प्रकार के सहयोग की आशा करती है। सोसाईटी के अध्यक्ष मुकेश गुप्ता, महासचिव श्री हरेंदर, कार्यकारिणी सदस्य श्री लव वॉलंटियर श्री जनक, श्री दीपेश, श्री विकास यादव, श्री दीपक गोयल तथा मिस मंजु सभी ने मिल कर इस शिविर का प्रबंधन किया।  

3rd Blood Donation Camp at DDU College

We are Happy to announce that Aahuti welfare society is going to organise 3rd Blood donation camp at Deen Dayal Upadhyaya Colllege in collaboration with Blood Connect and NSS Unit of DDU College.

We have also planned for an Awareness Session for students and everyone else who wants to participate in this noble act. The awareness session will held on 6th of March 2014 from 2 PM -3 PM in Seminar Room, DDU College. We hope that this awareness session will help each and every Blood Donor to bust some myths related to Blood Donation.

Blood Donation camp is schedule as follow:

Date: March 10th 2014 (Monday)
Time: 10 a.m. – 4 p.m.
Venue: Multipurpose Room, DDU College

On World No Tobacco Day Aahuti Welfare Society decided to Spread the awareness among the masses through a the concept of Street Plays.
The Street Play was organised in collaboration with the “Dhwani”-The Dramatic Society of Acharya Narendra Dev College, University of Delhi, on this evening of 31st May 2013 in  Moti Nagar and KaramPura of west Delhi.
